In 2009, with hopeful eyes and a racing heart, I stepped into Azercell Telecom LLC. It wasn’t just a new job, but the start of an expansive journey. My first mission was to redesign Azercell's orientation program, called "Azercell-i Kəşf Et" (Discover Azercell), to turn it into a more engaging newcomer program and an interactive CD e-learning module, which was a "new thing" back then. It became more than a project; it was my passport to growth, recognition and a signature achievement.

Thanks to the trust and opportunities provided by this incredible company and its leadership, I found doors opening for me, leading to a vibrant international career. Thus, I am where I am.
