Azercell-lilər Alumni Network is a specialized digital space designed to connect and engage former and current employees of Azercell; a space for networking, learning and mentorship; celebration of shared experiences and achievements.

Q. How can I register with Azercell-lilər?

To register, click “Register today” button and fill out all required fields. Once your registration is approved by the platform administrator, you will be able to access the platform.

Q. Can my registration be rejected?

Yes, should you not fulfil the eligibility criteria, your registration may be rejected. For eligibility criteria please refer to Terms of Use section of the platform.

Q. Can I update my profile information after registration?

Your profile information can be updated through “My Profile” section at all times.

Q. How can I restore my password if lost/forgotten?

If password is lost/forgotten, you can click on “Need more help” button on the sign in page. If the problem persists, please contact the Administrator of Azercell-lilər platform via azercellliler@azercell.com

Q. Is the platform available on my phone?

Our website is fully optimized to be functional and aesthetically pleasing on devices of different sizes. You may access the platform both through your phone and/or your desktop.

Q. How can I stay informed about alumni events and updates?

You may choose the type and frequency of notifications you would like to get in Settings Tab in My Profile section. Select My Profile/User Settings/ Notification Preferences.

Q. Is my data and privacy protected on the platform?

Please be assured that the privacy and security of your information on our alumni platform is of the utmost importance to us. We are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all members.

Q. Why am I requested to submit additional information about myself

Azercell may request and store certain types of personally identifying information about you when you use the platform. We consider the following to be examples of personally identifying information: your first and last name, email address, home address, phone number, date of birth education and qualifications, and other similar information. Azercell does not collect personally identifying information about you unless it is voluntarily provided. It is your choice whether to share personally identifying information with us but please keep in mind that in some instances such information will be required in order to participate in activities within the Azercell-liər.
